We set-up a bootstrap startup company in Iran in 2017. Five years later, our company has over 20 products and solutions, the majority of which have been commercialized and some of which have been scaled up and patented. Actually, we converted a startup into a scaleup with the minimum budget possible and the dire economic circumstances in Iran as a driving force in our high-stakes decision-making. We initially identify the demands of a community and transform them into an actual product, which could be the most important part of our job. In context of the Covid-19 Pandemic, this aptitude resulted in an immediate switch to product manufacturing, allowing us to take over part of the Iranian market in the case of a scarcity of equipment. Also, we are exceptional at demystifying complicated technologies in electrical and computer engineering, when it comes to creating cutting-edge products that makes a technology sit in the hands of the public in the simplest way. Cross-industry involvement enables us to form our hardware and software products suited to a particular industry or person within the speediest period attainable. They can also be placed in a certain industry sector, resulting in the creation of employment opportunities. For example, a product manufactured for an especial sector of industry can be converted to smart building product by modifying its function. This is a difficult feat for us in Iran, but customers have come to believe that locally manufactured products are of higher quality than imports, despite the presence of low-cost Chinese products

ما در سال ۱۳۹۵ یک شرکت استارت‌آپ با منابع مالی محدود را در ایران راه‌اندازی کردیم. پنج سال بعد، شرکت ما بیش از 20 محصول و سولوشن دارد که اکثر آنها تجاری‌سازی شده‌اند و برخی از آنها انبوه سازی و ثبت اختراع شده‌اند. در واقع، ما یک استارت‌آپ را با حداقل بودجه ممکن و شرایط وخیم اقتصادی در ایران- به عنوان یک نیروی محرکه در تصمیم‌گیری‌های پرمخاطره خود- به یک شرکت بزرگ تبدیل کردیم. ما در ابتدا خواسته های یک جامعه را شناسایی می کنیم و آنها را به یک محصول واقعی تبدیل می کنیم که می تواند مهمترین بخش کار ما باشد. در زمینه پاندمی کووید-19، این استعداد منجر به سوییچ فوری به تولید محصول شد و به ما این امکان را داد که در زمان کمبود تجهیزات پزشکی، بخشی از بازار ایران را در اختیار بگیریم. همچنین، ما در ساده سازی فناوری‌های پیچیده در مهندسی برق و کامپیوتر که تبدیل به ایجاد محصولات پیشرفته می‌شود و یک فناوری را به ساده‌ترین حالت ممکن در دستان عموم قرار می دهد، استثنا هستیم. دید بین صنعتی ما را قادر می سازد تا محصولات سخت افزاری و نرم افزاری خود را متناسب با یک صنعت یا مشتری خاص در سریع ترین زمان ممکن تغییر دهیم. در واقع محصول تولید شده برای یک صنعت خاص را در بخش صنعتی دیگر قرار می دهیم و در نتیجه آن فرصت های شغلی جدید ایجاد می نماییم. برای ما در ایران کار سختی بود اما مشتریان به این باور رسیده اند که علی رغم وجود محصولات ارزان قیمت چینی، محصولات تولید داخل از کیفیت بالاتری نسبت به واردات برخوردار هستند.
